Do not make an early plan: Most of the plan sucks. They are only good when you are making them. Go whenever you feel to go, let your heart do some traveling work for you sometime
Check your motorcycle thoroughly, service if needed

Always Carry: the first aid kit and basic medicines
Companion: It’s good to have a companion
Take a hard copy map
Do not forget to take a water bottle, phone/camera charger
Keep filling your water bottle, whenever you find a water source especially when you are on off-road ride.
Mobile Apps like maps.me might be very useful for offline mapping and GPS navigation in case of no internet.
Take frequent rest which gives your bodies some rest, long drive is not good for your back.
